Description: Off Dunlop Shores Road to Sunrise Bay Road, this lot will offer you a sought after southern exposure for maximum daylight. Enjoy Dunlop from a secluded bay that will allow you to leave your dock in the water year round.
The water is shallow so diving off your dock will not be an option but the mature trees on this lot lend you to believe you are in untouched territory.
